TOKYO,Nov.11,2017―NTT Resonant Inc. is pleased to announce the fifth anniversary of its cloud-based testing service Remote TestKit(*1), available since its start in 2012. While enjoying the patronage of a variety of users, including developers and customer service managers, we’ve gained the business of more than 1500 companies(*2) in these past five years. We are deeply grateful that we have customers not only in Japan but in countries abroad such as those in North America, South Korea and Vietnam.
Furthermore, we added the iPhone X to our lineup of testable devices. With the latest in devices and OS available, our clients can perform their tests on the cutting edge.
1. Our five year journey
Since starting the Remote TestKit service in November of 2012, we have won the business of over 1500 companies. With our service well received from its introduction, we constructed a data center in America in 2013, strengthening our business in North America. Furthermore, we built a data center in South Korea as well in 2016, beginning a serious push into Asia and elsewhere globally. With convenient new features such as the ability to control multiple devices at once, as well movements so smooth the user will forget they’re using a cloud program, our service makes clients’ app and web testing that much more effective. Moreover, with the increase in smartphone users, our service can also be used for checking video advertisements and much more.
2. Start of iPhone X services
Services for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 7’s iOS11 began in September, and from today onwards, clients can use our service for the iPhone X released on November 3rd, as well.

4. Future developments
We are currently considering making a free version of Remote TestKit available to expand our service’s availability to even more users. A wider audience is now able to take advantage of Remote TestKit’s in-demand features, such as screen capture and recording, making development and testing all the more efficient.
NTT Resonant intends to make further use of the NTT Group’s technology and know-how to provide services that can make society more convenient and abundant by making development and testing more efficient.
